A: At this time we are only mailing orders, individuals may not directly pick up their products.
Q: Can I place orders that are larger than the stock available on your site?

Q: Is ordering mushrooms online safe?
A: There are a great number of online Mushrooms companies. Nobody has been charged from receiving Mushrooms products in the mail.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: We offer a 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion of your product and we will refund you 100% of the product purchase price. Customers are responsible for shipping fees when returning products.

Shipping and Delivery:
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery usually takes 2 days. However, USPS does not guarantee 2-day delivery in special circumstances. Packages may take longer to arrive when there are factors such as holidays, weather conditions, disasters or emergencies. You will receive a USPS tracking number so you can track your package online on the USPS Post website. You can also contact us for assistance, we’ll do our best to determine the whereabouts of your product!

A: Standard delivery fee is $35.00 unless you spend over $500 then we offer free shipping!

A: Anywhere in USA.
Q: What if my order is stuck in transit?
A: Please always contact us and do not contact USPS Post because at that point it is USPS Post’s issue and we will not be able to help in any way. If it is three days late then we will open an investigation for you with USPS Post and this process can be potentially lengthy, up to thirty days. If after the investigation or it is deemed lost we will resend your order free of charge.
Q: What if it says delivered but I did not receive my product?
A: If it says that it was delivered and you didn’t receive your order please contact us immediately and contact us instead of USPS Post. We will be the ones to get involved with USPS Post to do an investigation about the whereabouts of your product.
